These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and BCAX LLC doing business as Alex Spexx ("we", "us"), governing access to alexspexx.com (the "Site").
These Terms include a MANDATORY INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION clause and CLASS ACTION WAIVER (Section 8), a LIMITATION OF LIABILITY capped at a small amount (Section 6), and broad DISCLAIMERS (Section 5).
By accessing the Site or submitting any form (newsletter, contact, comment) you accept these Terms.
1. The Site
Alex Spexx is a personal portfolio and editorial website covering travel, business, and creator topics, with newsletter, contact form, and links to other BCAX-operated brands. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without liability.
2. Editorial content — informational only
Articles, country guides, opinion pieces, AI-generated content, lists, and any other editorial material on the Site are for general informational purposes only and are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, immigration, real-estate, medical, or other professional advice.
Cross-promotion to other BCAX brands (BCA, Kollably, Contentko, Insider Guide) is disclosed under the Affiliate Disclosure — these links may direct you to paid services.
3. User-submitted content (comments, contact form)
If you post a comment, send a contact-form message, or otherwise submit content:
- you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, copy, transmit, display, and process it, solely as needed to operate the Site, defend ourselves, and improve services;
- you warrant that your content is your own (or properly licensed), is not defamatory, harassing, or infringing, and does not contain another person's confidential or sensitive data;
- we may moderate, remove, or refuse any submission at our sole discretion.
4. Acceptable use
You may not: scrape or systematically extract content; reverse-engineer the Site; submit content prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy (defamation, harassment, illegal goods, IP infringement, malware, sanctioned-jurisdiction promotion, etc.).
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. We do not warrant that any country guide, recommendation, or how-to is accurate, current, or complete. Always verify with primary sources before acting.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: no liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of opportunity. Our total cumulative liability for any claim is the GREATER OF (i) USD 100, OR (ii) the amount you paid us (if any) in the 3 months preceding the event (typically zero, since the Site is free).
Carve-outs for fraud, willful misconduct, and anything not limitable.
7. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Alex Spexx and BCAX LLC from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, your use of the Site, or your reliance on Site content.
8. MANDATORY INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION; CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Same as Section 14 of the BCA Terms of Service. 60-day informal-resolution, JAMS arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming, class action waiver, jury trial waiver, 30-day opt-out window.
9. Governing law and venue
State of Wyoming, USA; exclusive forum Sheridan County, Wyoming.
10. Time bar
Any claim must be filed within ONE (1) YEAR after the cause of action accrues, or it is permanently barred.
11. Modifications, termination, miscellaneous
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with an updated effective date; material changes are announced 30 days in advance. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time without liability. The other miscellaneous provisions of Sections 16–19 of the BCA Terms of Service (force majeure, severability, no waiver, assignment, no third-party beneficiaries, entire agreement) apply.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive forum for any dispute shall be the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where applicable consumer-protection law of your country of residence grants you a non-waivable right to a local forum.
